Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (government staff) to promote loan products.
• Explain loan packages, interest rates/profit rates, and eligibility clearly.
• Collect customer information and perform basic eligibility screening.
• Follow up with customers until all documents are completed.
• Assist customers in preparing and submitting loan documents.
• Achieve monthly sales targets (calls, leads & loan approvals).
• Record customer details accurately in the system.
• Provide excellent and professional customer service.
