Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist, based in Kuala Lumpur. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, making outbound calls to potential clients, and promoting financial products and services. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries, and meeting sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to identify and convert potential clients
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to cultivate positive client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with diverse clients effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and understanding of telemarketing principles
