Job description

As a Telemarketing Executive at QH MANAGEMENT', you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company's products and services. This is a full-time role based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. You will be a key part of the sales team, contributing to the company's overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce and sell the company's offerings
• Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversions
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
• Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and objections
• Accurately documenting call activities and customer information
• Identifying and capitalising on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies
