Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Inbound Call Center)

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound calls related to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues concerning the company’s products.

  • Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service to exceed customer expectations.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve required KPIs and SLA targets.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above.

  • Required language(s): English.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry is an added advantage.

  • Fresh graduates who are interested in starting a career in a call center are encouraged to apply (Full training will be provided).

  • Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
