We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer to support the planning, implementation and operation of telecommunications networks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high network availability, performance, and service quality across mobile, transmission, and IP networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement telecommunications network infrastructure
• Install, integrate, and commission network equipment (RAN, transmission, IP)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot service issues and outages
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze KPIs and recommend network optimization improvements
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and acceptance records
• Ensure compliance with MCMC regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, ICT, or equivalent
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (junior role)

• Understanding of RAN, Core Network, and Transmission system
