Job summary

A leading agrisolutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a sales professional to promote and sell agricultural products. The role involves developing sales strategies and building customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and 3 to 5 years of sales experience in fertilizer or agrochemicals. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, along with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for promotion, sales and collection for products assigned.
  • Explore, develop and execute sales strategies in achieving sales targets.
  • Build rapport, enhance and manage relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide excellent products and services.
  • Identify business potential, opportunities and develop new customer base.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Science/Agriculture or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience with fertilizer/Agrochemicals/Hardware related is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in both English & Bahasa Malaysia and some local dialects.
  • A team player, self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
