• Support in setting up mould and changing mould based on task list.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To support in the set up mould & change mould following to the hand over task list from planner
• To support to down mould for repair as and when required due to production or tooling issue
• To support in the set up mould after completed repair by toolmaker
• To support in issuing of Mould Repair & Maintenance Sheet to tooling and follow up on the mould ready time
• Ensure production is running smooth with Standard Moulding Parameter Setting Data & monitoring the parameter with Machine Condition Monitoring Record include of update Molding Process Parameter Control Chart
• Ensure machine is running with using of Auto Arm for consistant cycle time and manpower reduction
• Ensure all mould and safety features have been properly install upon starting of production
• Ensure open point list is update when there is a devaition in the product, machine, mould, process and material provision
• Ensure all machine setting on 5 shots scraps and monitoring alarm list is on during start up
• To ensure 5S and safety is following through in production floor and all machine
• Perform trial/testing for any new production tool with documentation on the issue and result of the trial
• Record all the trial/testing parameter to be use as reference setting for initial mass production run
• To trouble shoot and solve any technical problem and quality issue encounter during production running
• To carry out other duties as and when assigned by superior
