Job summary

A facilities management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technician for Maintenance & Engineering. This role involves supporting the Chief Engineer in operational functions and performing maintenance on various systems including electrical and air conditioning. Candidates should have a minimum of SPM or a professional certificate in a relevant field, along with two years of experience in building management.

Qualifications

• At least a SPM/Professional Certificate in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in building management/facility management field is required.
• Solid knowledge in electronic/electrical/air-conditioning/plumbing/painting/carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Chief Engineer in daily Maintenance & Engineering operational functions.
• Perform the implementation and maintenance of the company’s facility and M&E equipment.
