Responsibilities

• Ensure repair all machine (breakdown and preventive maintenance), utilities, laundry equipment, and operation.
• Operate, supervise, control and monitor on industrial effluent treatment system (IETS).
• Ensure control document such as work order, record data, safety form and spare part form.
• Provide safety briefing, 6s implementation, housekeeping, PPE implementation.
• Apply innovation methods such as modifying machine components and LEAN project implementation.

Job description

• To operate, supervise, control and monitoring on industrial effluent treatment system (IETS) and Schedule Waste Store to achieve requirement as per doe act.
• Ensure control document such as work order, record data (IETS and Schedule Waste), safety form and spare part form in order to meet all sop requirement.
• Provide safety briefing, 6s implementation, housekeeping, PPE implementation and supervise contractor accordance with osha 1994.
• Apply innovation method such as modify machine component, DMS board and LEAN project implementation to achieve cost effectives.
