Job Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and operate test equipment in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
• Perform functional and performance testing on products to ensure they meet quality and reliability standards.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, abnormalities or potential issues, and prepare detailed test reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to testing processes, equipment, or product performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to support their skill development and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain proper documentation for test procedures, results and equipment calibration records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements and company policies during testing activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience in operating test and measurement instruments (e.g., oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyzer, signal generator).
• Familiarity with automated test systems and data acquisition software.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Good leadership skills and ability to guide junior team members.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
