Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will maintain tools on a media manufacturing production line. You should work independently, take initiative, collaborate well, and be willing to learn. Flexibility to work 12-hour AWS shifts and overtime is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance according to the schedule, document checks, and maintain records.
  • Inspect and service production equipment to ensure optimal performance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
  • Support process improvements, provide technical training, and assist with machine upgrades and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing, especially with vacuum chamber systems.
  • Knowledge of control systems, PLCs, measurement tools, and troubleshooting schematics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills.

Skills:

  • Experience with sputtering or vacuum systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, safety awareness, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
