Job Responsibilities
  • Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors
  • Able to certify QC/QS on quality inspection
  • Perform stop start/IFR disposition
  • Perform MRB assessment (eg: defect verification, WP and BS test, Die shear test, X Ray, Solderability, Package Dimension check, CSAM, Solder ball pull, ball shear, pad cratering, component value check)
  • Tag lots for PG alert
  • Able to work all QA measurement and test equipment
  • Assist QA Engineer to coordinate/perform AR&R and GR&R test
  • Perform yearly product layout audits
  • Perform line process audit/CA verification
  • Coordinate with equipment vendor on equipment trouble shooting, PM and calibration
  • Perform simple equipment maintenance and recipe setup
  • Computer literate and ability to work on simple Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and via email
  • Perform task timely and effectively as assigned by engineer
