Job description

For our Electrolux Professional Laundry team in Malaysia, we are looking for a Service Technician who would be responsible for conducting technical support activities to ensure Electrolux Professional’s customers after sales services excellence. Also, to provide technical products training to internal Professional, and external to customers and third parties to ensure excellence in product knowledge.

Responsibilities

About your tasks:

  • Technical Support - Provide technical support activities on site for customers on ad hoc basis
  • Accredited services team management

Implement the technical evaluation program to define accreditation standards for technical skills level of ASCs.

Conducts audits and evaluation of technical supports team of dealers and accredited services suppliers to ensure teams meet Professional service capability requirements’

  • Training

Conduct technical support and products knowledge training for customers, dealers’ team, accredited services suppliers as per training plan and on ad hoc basis

  • Reporting

Preparing technical intervention report

Monthly report feedback on products performances and issues from customers, dealers, sales team.
