We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Guardian Facility Management Sdn Bhd in Pulau Johor. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for ongoing professional development and growth.
Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate repair solutions in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
Collaborate with the wider facilities management team to ensure a coordinated and proactive approach to asset management
Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide support and training to less experienced members of the team as required
Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
Proven track record of successfully maintaining and repairing a diverse range of equipment and systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Commitment to upholding high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
