A technology firm in Penang is seeking a qualified trainer to conduct training for new hires and recertifications. You will prepare training materials and assessments for operators, ensuring they meet certification standards. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of training experience. • 1 – 2 years of Trainer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new hires and recertification.
• Prepare training materials as needed.
• Perform capability assessments for operators.

Job description

Trained and certified new hires operators / technician / cross training / add on training when requested by ATMP Operation.

Recertified operator when due for recertification.

Attend yearly recertification conducted by Engineers and must score at least 90% for all certified processes.

Prepare training material or visual aid when required.

Provide Inspection Capability Study assessment for VM operators due for recertification.

Provide One Point Lesson training for Operator when required.

Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualification

1 – 2 years of Trainer experience preferred
