Job summary

The candidate will support customers through various project phases including design, installation, and onsite activities. Qualifications

Job description

Provide technical support for water and wastewater treatment products and systems (e.g. UF, RO, filtration, DAF, clarifier, ion exchange)

Assist customers during various phases of project, from overall system design, installation, start up, testing & commissioning (T&C)

Attend onsite activities such as inspection, troubleshooting, rectification

Liaise with customers, contractors, and principals on technical matters.

Prepare and upkeep technical documentation such as service reports

Act as a technical support bridge between sales team, principals, and customers.

Willing to learn and advance into independent role, handling system design, troubleshooting, training etc.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Engineering, or related field.

2–3 years working experience in water treatment / wastewater treatment / related service or project industry is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong interest in water treatment are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of water treatment processes, equipment

Specific skills or knowledge such as Autocad, plumbing, wiring are advantageous

Willing to travel to sites, including outstation and outdoor work.

Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
