Job description
Technical Solutions Engineer【Mandarin required】

Technical Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and address complex technical inquiries from prospective clients.

Solution Design: Gain a deep understanding of customer pain points and business requirements to design and propose optimal technical solutions leveraging our product suite.

Voice of the Customer: Act as a strategic liaison between customers and our R&D/Product teams, translating customer feedback into actionable product requirements to drive feature implementation.

Training & Documentation: Provide technical training and consultation for customers and partners during the pre-sales and implementation phases; draft high-quality technical documentation, integration guides, and training materials.

Integration & Troubleshooting: Resolve technical challenges during the integration lifecycle, including console configuration, SDK implementation, and API calls; demonstrate strong independent debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or software development.

Coding Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Objective-C, or Swift.

Mobile Expertise: Hands-on experience in Android or iOS development, with proficiency in development tools such as Android Studio, Xcode, or IntelliJ IDEA.

Technical Writing: Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured technical proposals and product requirement documents (PRD).

Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills; highly proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; a strong team player.

AI Enthusiasm (Preferred): A strong interest in AI technology; prior experience with AI application orchestration platforms (e.g., Dify, n8n, Coze) is a significant plus.
