Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical service, automation, or industrial equipment support
  • Engineering background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
  • Willingness to travel internationally for customer support, installation, commissioning, and training
  • Comfortable working at customer sites and manufacturing environments
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a hands‑on troubleshooting approach
  • Good communication skills, able to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
Responsibilities
  1. Debugging and commissioning of automated equipment
    • Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, and start‑up of automated equipment
    • Debug and validate mechanical assemblies, including motion systems, actuators, and precision components
    • Troubleshoot electrical systems such as control panels, PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, and safety circuits
    • Set up, calibrate, and optimize laser processing technologies (e.g. laser ablation, scribing, drilling, or marking)
    • Ensure equipment performance meets process, quality, and safety requirements
  2. Technical analysis and troubleshooting
    • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues and performance deviations
    • Support equipment modifications, upgrades, and retrofits to improve reliability and efficiency
    • Perform equipment debugging and process optimization to enhance throughput, yield, and stability
    • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements
    • Document troubleshooting activities, modifications, and optimization results in technical reports
