We have an exciting new Technical Sales Representative opportunity within our Farm Source business! Join our Technical Sales team with remit around the Bay of Plenty, and you'll quickly embed yourself as part of a tight‑knit farming community. You will partner with our on‑farm customer base, actively hunt out new opportunities, grow market share and build your brand in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with existing on‑farm customers to identify opportunities for growth and add‑on solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with farmers and corporate accounts.
  • Drive sales of animal health, nutrition or agronomy products and services.
  • Work autonomously while staying organised, process‑driven and structure‑focused.
  • Represent Farm Source at the local Longburn store and events, delivering excellent service.
Qualifications
  • Strong affinity for the agricultural/dairy industry.
  • Credible proactive sales and customer experience in a similar role.
  • Professional working style and maturity to look after large corporate accounts.
  • Connection to the farming industry with expertise in animal health, nutrition or agronomy.
