Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive. This role offers a clear path for high earners who thrive on performance. You will be responsible for generating new dealer partnerships, cross-selling our product suite, and achieving set sales targets. Your earnings are directly tied to your performance through a competitive commission and bonus structure.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, contact, and qualify new potential B2B clients and dealer partners.
  • Needs Analysis: Learn to identify client pain points and recommend appropriate solutions from Magnet's portfolio.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individually assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Dealer Management: Support the growth and development of assigned dealer accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work with the technical team to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • A strong desire to build a career in sales with a proven interest in technology.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, willing-to-learn attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a plus.
  • Possesses own transport and is willing to travel for meetings.
