Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible to perform incoming, production in process inspection and final inspection and maintain proper recording of data in the inspection report
• Responsible to monitor and review quality data in the inspection report.
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
• Responsible to analyse quality trend and to recommend proper actions and follow up.
• Responsible to carry out experiments related to process, product development and change in formulations and maintain proper recording of data in the experiment records.
• Responsible to prepare sample for customer as requested by Marketing Department promptly.
• Responsible to report any equipment malfunction to superior promptly and carry out schedule preventive maintenance and verification for laboratory equipment.
• Responsible to upkeep the safety, cleanliness and neatness of laboratory area.
• To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the superior from time to time.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / bachelor’s degree
