Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery and project management of various IT projects, including modular build construction, network deployment, decommissioning, and ad-hoc cabling. Collaborate with IDC delivery teams, IDC operations teams, various vendors (consumables, construction services, network integration, etc.), as well as procurement, supply chain, network construction, and network operations stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and with high quality.
In accordance with regional TPM requirements, conduct inspections and provide feedback on IDC on-site environment readiness, project dependency prerequisites, and project construction and delivery progress.
Based on the project SOW and planning, standard network architecture, and technical specifications, develop detailed cabling construction technical solutions and equipment racking plans, and produce bills of materials (BOM) and lists of service items.

- Solid knowledge of professional project management, capable of independently managing complex project portfolios and providing guidance to others.
- Proficient in client's modular build end-to-end workflows, skilled in using related tools and platforms, and able to address process bottlenecks or tool-related issues.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to proactively drive project objectives through cross-team collaboration.
II. Structured Cabling Technology
- Proficient in structured cabling workflows, quality requirements, and safety standards across various scenarios; able to propose solutions for complex implementation environments or new project types.
- Familiar with key control points at each stage of structured cabling in different scenarios and able to implement targeted measures.
- Familiar with common structured cabling materials and consumables, with in-depth understanding of differences and applicable use cases.
- Able to provide technical guidance to partners and colleagues and handle relatively complex technical issues.
- Able to participate in the optimization and development of relevant standards and SOPs, and provide external enablement.
III. Industry Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in structured cabling, ELV (weak current) engineering, or delivery project management–related fields.
IV. General Competencies
- Good communication skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong team spirit, with a collaborative and supportive mindset.
- Project management experience required; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficient in using Mandarin and English for work and deal with overseas' client; local language proficiency is a plus.
