Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking.

  • Collaborate with Sales and analyze client requirements to develop solutions.
  • Prepare and manage high-quality technical proposals, RFPs, and tender submissions.

Job description

We are hiring for 2 positions: Senior Technical Pre-Sales Executive and Technical Pre-Sales Executive.

Both roles act as the key link between the sales and technical teams, providing expert guidance in designing tailored IT solutions that address client business needs. This role involves preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and developing solution strategies that align with company capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technologies into clear business value. A collaborative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, fostering client trust and engagement through expertise, adaptability, and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and develop technically sound, cost-effective solutions aligned with customer objectives and company capabilities.
  • Prepare and manage high-quality technical proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions with precision, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Support Account Managers and Business Development teams by delivering product demonstrations, presentations, technical requirements gathering, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, ensuring proposed solutions align with client needs and satisfaction.
  • Proactively gather client feedback to refine proposals and strengthen future solution offerings.
  • Support the development of pricing models, work breakdown structures, and effort estimations to ensure accurate, competitive, and cost-effective proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute strategic initiatives such as exhibitions, technology updates, and pre-sales activities that promote company capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Drive engagement and trust through expertise, adaptability, and communication excellence.

Note: Senior Technical Pre-Sales Executives are expected to take a larger leadership role in solution design, client engagement, and mentoring junior team members.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Executive Level: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting.
  • Senior Level: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, and application architecture, with the ability to clearly articulate technical value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to craft solution proposals, conduct POCs, and support/lead workshops.
  • Good command of both English and Malay (written and verbal).
