Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all project-related data entry and exit points (excluding client-supplied equipment systems), liaising with internal departments, cross-departmental entities, and relevant partners; drawing version changes are uniformly distributed by the project manager.
2. During construction, communication documents and other miscellaneous files are synchronously archived and uploaded to the corresponding folder in Lark, informing the relevant project contact person.
3. In the early stages of project initiation, organize project handover meetings between the design institute, construction unit, equipment manufacturer, and maintenance engineers.
4. Based on the overall plan and on-site progress, follow up on design and detailing progress; update data and synchronize with relevant departments promptly.

Design Management and Coordination

1. Responsible for following up on the progress of drawing review at each stage of the project, including within the technical department and across departments, and coordinating with various professional meetings when necessary.
2. Review opinions are managed using standardized cloud documents, with weekly progress updates.
3. Responsible for connecting with client needs and compiling and sending relevant materials.
4. Responsible for following up and responding to client review comments.

Project Construction Technical Support

1. Provide technical support throughout the entire construction process, leading and coordinating various professional efforts to resolve issues.
2. Responsible for periodically reporting project progress and risk warnings to the department head.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Data center construction and management.
3. Requires extensive experience in data center design and management, a certain level of knowledge of various data center disciplines, and familiarity with industry rules and process management.
