Why this role?

As a Technical Engineer, you are a crucial member of our team, responsible for handling inverter and transformer products, including testing, commissioning, technical assistance, troubleshooting, support, service, maintenance, and customer inquiries.

What will you be doing?

• Servicing Fuji Inverters on-site.
• Troubleshooting, checking, and repairing inverters indoors.
• Attending inverter testing and commissioning sessions.
• Providing service and maintenance support to end-users.
• Ensuring customers verify job completion by signing documents.
• Addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions for Fuji Inverters.
• Conducting Fuji Inverter training for customers.
• Preparing service reports after checking issues.
• Providing site support for Fuji Tusco Transformers.

Are you the one?

A Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a similar qualification.

1-2 years of related experience in technical or testing and commissioning are welcome.

Possess own vehicle, willingness to travel in Penang/Northern area.

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
