Technical Support & Solution Design
- Assess customer requirements, site conditions, and HVAC system configurations to recommend optimal filtration solutions.
- Provide technical support during project design, tendering, and commissioning stages.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, technical documentation, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Collaborate with sales, product manager, engineering teams and customer service team to ensure proposed solutions meet performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability requirements
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on HVAC standards, IAQ regulations, and filtration technologies (ASHRAE, ISO, EN, DOE, etc.).
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product management to support continuous improvement.
Customer Service
- Support clients post-sale with technical advice, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct training sessions for customers, contractors, and internal teams on filtration technologies and best practices.
Pre-sales & post-sales support
- Pre-sales: Product application and specification assistance
- Post-sales: Installation, commissioning, and training support

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, IAQ, air filtration, or related technical sales roles.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, filtration principles, and clean air regulations/standards.
- Proven track record in technical sales and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
