We are looking for a Technical/Chemist - Executive / Associate Manager with strong technical expertise in the natural rubber gloves industry. This role supports and drives R&D and technical development activities related to polymer formulation, material testing, and product innovation.
The position will be appointed based on qualifications and experience. Candidates at the Executive level will focus on hands‑on R&D and technical execution, while the Associate Manager level will take on additional responsibilities in project leadership, technical decision‑making, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Common Responsibilities (Executive / Associate Manager)
- Support the development, formulation, and optimization of polymer compounds for dielectric and insulating glove applications.
- Conduct material testing and evaluation, including dielectric strength, elongation, aging, thermal resistance, and chemical compatibility.
- Assist in R&D projects from laboratory trials through pilot and production‑scale implementation.
- Ensure products comply with IEC, ASTM, and other relevant international safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and other cross‑functional teams to support product development and commercialization.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and research findings.
- Monitor industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies related to polymer and glove manufacturing.
Additional Responsibilities – Associate Manager Level
- Lead and coordinate R&D projects, including planning timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, executives, and laboratory personnel.
- Drive innovation initiatives to improve glove performance, durability, and compliance.
- Evaluate new raw materials, technologies, and process improvements for cost, performance, and scalability.
