Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact with end users to understand their needs and clarify requirements.
- Translate high‑level business objectives into actionable technical specifications.
- Define and present business/technical process workflow using diagrams such as flow charts and sequence diagrams.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and address them by working with relevant stakeholders.
Project Planning & Monitoring
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timeline.
- Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Solution Design
- Collaborate with development teams to design solutions that align with business needs.
- Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the organization’s technological capabilities, including UI/UX, data flow, and integration points.
Testing & Validation
- Collaborate with the development team to verify the software functions according to specifications.
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
- Track, document, and verify bugs or issues and ensure they are resolved before final delivery.
Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and test plans.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with software development, testing, and issue tracking.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of programming concepts or technologies such as REST API, Microservices Architecture, Git Flow, MySQL, and Cloud Infrastructures (AWS/GCP).
