Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with end users to understand their needs and clarify requirements.
  • Translate high‑level business objectives into actionable technical specifications.
  • Define and present business/technical process workflow using diagrams such as flow charts and sequence diagrams.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and address them by working with relevant stakeholders.
Project Planning & Monitoring
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timeline.
  • Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Solution Design
  • Collaborate with development teams to design solutions that align with business needs.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the organization’s technological capabilities, including UI/UX, data flow, and integration points.
Testing & Validation
  • Collaborate with the development team to verify the software functions according to specifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
  • Track, document, and verify bugs or issues and ensure they are resolved before final delivery.
Documentation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and test plans.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with software development, testing, and issue tracking.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
