We are seeking a talented Technical Assistant, Asset to join our team at Serveco Sdn Bhd in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our Technical Support Services operations. As the Technical Assistant, Asset, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and maintaining our valuable assets to ensure efficient and reliable performance.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assist the Asset Engineer in daily asset management activities.
  • Support in developing and maintaining the asset life cycle schedule.
  • Participate in asset audits, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain and update asset registers and related documentation.
  • Assist in analysing asset performance data to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with client to track asset movements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset management.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma in Valuation / Diploma in Property Management / Diploma in Building Surveyor/ Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar technical or asset management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools
