Job summary
A leading BPO company in Malaysia seeks a Team Manager to provide mentorship and lead a high-performing team. Responsibilities include team management, delivering projects, and advocating for user experience. Required qualifications include a diploma or degree, 1+ years of experience in a BPO environment, and proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese. The role is based on-site in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Manager in a BPO/Contact Centre environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese for verbal communication.
- English proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Lead the team during transitions and enhance capabilities.
- Manage a market team, serving as a liaison.
- Establish team goals and execute strategies.

- Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to problem solve analytical approaches and develop solutions
- Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication
- Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions
