Job Summary: The Team Leader - Bartender prepares and serves beverages while maintaining bar standards, supervising service staff, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering prompt, high-quality guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality serviceto the required standard.

  • Mix and serve b everages according to guest requests, maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

  • Ensure the bar area is always clean, sanitary, and inviting, in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Implement proper alcohol handling, storage, dating, labelling, and rotation procedures.

  • Coordinate with Outlet Manager on stock requisitions, inventory checks, and supplier needs

  • Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and portion control for every order served.

  • Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolving complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Drive upselling initiatives for premium beverages and promotions to maximise revenue.

Skills and Qualification :

  • Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management or any relevant certificate.

  • Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum 2 years experiences in similar position.

  • Full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division

  • Outgoing and people oriented, motivator with effective human relations skills, team builder, Self-starter.

  • Cooperative, adaptable, flexibility in working hours, good interpersonal skills.
