Job Summary: The Team Leader - Bartender prepares and serves beverages while maintaining bar standards, supervising service staff, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering prompt, high-quality guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality serviceto the required standard.
Mix and serve b everages according to guest requests, maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure the bar area is always clean, sanitary, and inviting, in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Implement proper alcohol handling, storage, dating, labelling, and rotation procedures.
Coordinate with Outlet Manager on stock requisitions, inventory checks, and supplier needs
Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and portion control for every order served.
Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolving complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Drive upselling initiatives for premium beverages and promotions to maximise revenue.
Skills and Qualification :
Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management or any relevant certificate.
Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years experiences in similar position.
Full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division
Outgoing and people oriented, motivator with effective human relations skills, team builder, Self-starter.
Cooperative, adaptable, flexibility in working hours, good interpersonal skills.
