Overview
Lead and implement the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Employee Self Service (ESS) & Human Resource Strategy System (HRSS) Module. Ensure project delivery as per gap analysis. Able to conduct requirement study and translate customer needs into system configuration and settings. Plan coordination for internal and external reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data from departments. Plan, manage and monitor minor projects from concepts through implementation. Consolidate reports covering budget status, forecast reports, and other project reports. Monitor tracking documents for meetings and update tracking documents accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement HRMS, ESS & HRSS modules.
- Ensure project delivery as per gap analysis.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science / Information Technology with IT / HR-related study.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Willingness to work with team/junior staff to ensure deliverables fit scope and budget; coordinate with other departments for project compatibility.
- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle Phases.
- Familiar with varied concepts, practices, and procedures of the field; capable of planning and accomplishing goals with limited supervision; leads and directs others; demonstrates creativity and initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL is an advantage.
- Excellent time management and ability to monitor technology; ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Willing to travel and have own transport for implementation at customer sites.
