A financial institution is seeking a Team Lead Implementation for Transaction Banking in Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a Team Lead Implementation – Transaction Banking Corporate & Commercial to join RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Transaction Banking solutions for Corporate and Commercial clients, ensuring timely, high-quality onboarding and an excellent client experience.
You will be responsible for driving effective solution deployment across Cash, Trade, Merchant, and REFLEX platforms, while leading a team, coordinating stakeholders, and enabling faster revenue realization and CASA growth.
What you will be doing
Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation of Transaction Banking solutions for Corporate & Commercial clients.
Implement and integrate Cash, Trade, Merchant, and REFLEX solutions in line with agreed scope and timelines.
Conduct REFLEX training for internal stakeholders and external clients.
Ensure timely onboarding, high-quality delivery, and smooth transition to BAU servicing.
Act as escalation point for complex implementations, delays, or client-related issues.
Build deep understanding of clients’ system requirements and work closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently and prioritize pipelines based on deal criticality and revenue impact.
Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure consistent delivery standards and productivity.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Squads, and Operations to enable faster deal realization and CASA growth.
Identify implementation risks early, put in place mitigation plans, and escalate material issues when required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance turnaround time, scalability, and client experience.
Ensure strict adherence to Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines, internal policies, risk appetite, and audit requirements.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cash Management and implementation.
Strong practitioner-level knowledge of Transaction Banking products and operational workflows.
Experience in Product Development and/or IT is an added advantage.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight timelines.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and sound risk awareness.
Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
