Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Validate and verify applications for program checks.
• Conduct virtual or physical site visits according to submission checklist.
• Ensure rejected cases receive rejection emails.
• Verification checks on loan documents before customer sign-off.
• Review and concur on AML High Risk applications.
• Report fraud cases and provide confirmation of BNM reporting.
• Monitor payment of accounts and update superior weekly.
• Provide sales report to Head, DSME Sales daily.

Job description

Validate & verify applications passed all program checks, if passed, to proceed schedule video interview call for virtual site visit or to conduct physical site visit.

Conduct virtual site visit or physical site visit according to submission checklist for DSME loan. To ask for supporting documents on the spot, and if required, would request further details from the customer on validating the customer profile.

Ensure rejected cases have been triggered with rejection email.

Verification checks on the contents of loan documents (LO, LG & LA) before customers signed off.

To review and concur on AML High Risk applications and account opening.

To report fraud cases & provide confirmation of BNM Orion KRI Reporting to Head, DSME Sales on monthly basis.

To monitor payment of the accounts & provide update to superior on weekly basis.

To provide sales report to Head, DSME Sales (on daily basis)
