Team Lead, Delivery Channel & Innovation

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Team Lead, Delivery Channel & Innovation to join our Group Transaction Banking team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the performance, innovation, and strategic development of our delivery channels, ensuring continuous improvement in user experience, utilization, and penetration rates. You will play a key role in leading initiatives that enhance our digital cash management platforms, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, regional counterparts, and external partners to deliver superior client experiences.

What you will be doing
  • Monitor delivery channel and project performance, developing strategies to improve proposition, utilization, user experience, and execution roadmap
  • Conduct market research and analysis, including competitive intelligence gathering and client/industry segmentation studies
  • Collaborate with Transaction Banking Sales, Product Partners, and regional teams to develop strategic business plans that increase Cash Management and Reflex platform adoption
  • Design and implement internal product training programs for Sales and Product Partners
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, assisting in managing new client requirements (RFPs) and closing complex deals
  • Oversee product administration, including vendor management, regulatory, and compliance matters
  • Manage the full product and system development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and client needs
  • Support Client Services, Implementation, and Sales teams in resolving system issues and escalations
  • Mentor new joiners or assignees in managing system development projects and workflows
  • Prepare and manage submissions for committee approvals related to cash management platforms (e.g. GDTC, GTAC, BRC, GCRC, BNM)
  • Represent the team at external forums and events related to digitalization and transaction banking innovation
  • Contribute thought leadership through talks, knowledge-sharing sessions, or industry articles
  • Continuously review and refine user interfaces, system workflows, and response times to enhance client experience and drive adoption
  • Support the Product Manager in addressing evolving regulatory requirements from PayNet and BNM, ensuring full compliance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and aligning initiatives with the Group’s digital strategy
