Responsibilities
Safeguarding

Relationships
Building trust and effective relationships with all the children in the class and their parents
Developing supportive and positive working relationships with all other employees
Being an active member of the whole school and representing it in its wider community
Classroom/Professional Role:
Work collaboratively with teaching partners and other school staff to support student learning.
Work with individual students and small groups within the classroom under the direction of the homeroom or specialist teacher
Attend to individual children’s needs; socially, emotionally, and academically
Provide additional support for whole-class activities under the supervision of the teacher.
Assist teaching staff in planning, preparing and delivering individualized programs for students who require additional assistance and support, including providing feedback to teachers.

Providing supervision and ensuring the safety and security of the children at all times
Performing other duties and tasks as directed by the Principal or Head of School

Required
Minimum High School Diploma
