Job description
Design Classroom Materials and Curriculums
  • To teach the allocated subject/s in the various programmes (PRIMARY/LS/IGCSE/A-level) as assigned to you from time to time.
  • To guide students academically to achieve desired/targeted learning objectives/ exam results.
  • To develop enquiry-based investigation skills among students.
  • To teach and improve question‑solving skills for board exam preparation.
  • To prepare students to take board exams with confidence.
  • To guide students on any academic, social, or personal issues experienced by the student.
  • To take daily student's school and subject‑based attendance.
  • To carry out duty teacher duty as per the teacher handbook.
  • To mark all the relief materials given to students when the teacher is on leave.
Program Management
  • Develop, implement, and manage the Additional English Programme, including curriculum development, scheduling, and evaluation.
  • Ensure program objectives are met and consistently improved upon.
  • Act as the main point of contact for students enrolled in the program, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
Resource Management
  • Coordinate with teaching staff and resource personnel to ensure availability of materials, textbooks, and technology needed for effective instruction.
  • Manage the allocation of resources efficiently to optimize the learning experience.
Faculty Support
  • Collaborate with instructors to facilitate effective teaching strategies and provide necessary support and training.
  • Evaluate instructor performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Progress Monitoring
  • Track and analyze student performance and progress through regular assessments and evaluations.
  • Implement corrective actions and interventions when necessary to support student development.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and program statistics.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for program stakeholders.
Marketing and Promotion
  • Assist in marketing efforts to attract new students to the program.
  • Participate in promotional activities, open houses, and recruitment events as needed.
