Qualifications

• Fluent in English; capable of communicating in Mandarin is preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates with Early Childhood experience are encouraged.

Requirements

• Languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia; (Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin are encouraged to apply)
• Educational Background: Minimum SPM education, Candidates with Early Childhood background/experiences are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: No experience needed, non-swimmer is welcome. Training will be provided; Experienced candidate are preferred.
• Personality: Positive learning attitude, Responsible, Respectful, Honest powered with integrity.
• Communication Skills: Able to make clear, simple, easy to understand and a positive communication with students and parents.
• Location: Outstation candidates are encouraged to apply; Accommodation will be provided for successful candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conducting & Managing Swim Classes: Plan and deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to participants' skill levels and ages. Foster confidence through fun activities that enhance comfort and skill development in the water.
• Safety Supervision: Ensuring a secure and supervised environment. Must be able to manage class effectively with safety as priority.
• Communication at work: Maintain professional, open and effective communication with team members and parents/guardians.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and team members to create a cohesive and supportive coaching environment.
