The role involves supporting the Head of International Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing in ensuring documentation and compliance with regulations, conducting yearly reviews, and identifying planning opportunities for tax efficiency. The position also requires liaising with tax agents and regulatory bodies on related matters.

Job description

Responsibilities

• 1. Assist Head, Group International Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing to attend the transfer pricing affairs for the Group and ensure the transfer pricing documentation are readily available within the regulatory required timeline.
• 2. Assist Head, Group International Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing to attend the yearly review on management cost allocation to ensure the basis of allocation in compliance with the transfer pricing rules and regulations.
• 3. Act as liaison personnel with tax agents and regulatory authorities relating to the respective countries transfer pricing affairs.
• Assist Head, Group International Tax & Transfer Pricing to attend any issues raised by SBGs or SFGs which relates to transfer pricing affairs.
• 4. Assist Head, Group International Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing to identify tax planning opportunities that applicable for the Group for tax efficiency purposes.
• Any other duties as assigned by Head, Group International Tax Compliance & Transfer Pricing.
