Job Summary:

Support CV sourcing & candidate screening for a recruitment team. No sales, no BD, no targets. Training provided. RM2,600 basic. Incentives bring total up to RM3,200–RM3,500.

What You Will Do:

Your job is to help us find the right candidates and keep things moving smoothly. A typical day includes:

  • Searching for CVs on JobStreet, LinkedIn, and our database
  • Calling candidates to ask a few simple questions (we provide a script)
  • Checking their availability, expected salary, and job interest
  • Updating info into our system (we’ll show you how)
  • Helping prepare and send CVs to clients
  • Following up on interview results with candidates
  • Keeping job order trackers updated
  • Preparing weekly progress updates for your manager
  • Following a daily checklist — so your tasks are clear
What You Don’t Need to Do:

No pressure to “bring in revenue”. This is a non-sales role focused only on CV sourcing.

Salary & Progression:

Basic Salary: RM2,600

Monthly Incentive: Up to RM1,200 (based on KPI)

Confirmed Salary: RM3,200 – RM3,500 + Monthly Incentives

Office hours (Monday–Friday; 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM)
