Job description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Talent Management Executive to support the company’s people growth initiatives, including training, performance management, and employee engagement.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to gain hands‑on experience in Learning & Development (L&D), KPI tracking, performance analytics, and rewards programs within a structured and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Learning & Development (L&D)

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with HODs and managers to identify skills gaps and training priorities.

Handle end‑to‑end management of in‑house and external trainings.

Manage HRD Corp (HRDF) submissions, claims, and compliance documentation.

Evaluate post‑training effectiveness and maintain accurate training and development records.

Promote a continuous learning and upskilling culture among employees.

Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to assign courses, track completion, and monitor learning KPIs such as completion rates, assessment scores, and employee engagement.

2. Performance & KPI Management

Assist in designing, updating, and tracking KPIs aligned with company objectives and departmental goals.

Support implementation of the OGSM framework (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures).

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles (mid‑year and year‑end), ensuring timely submissions, data accuracy, and follow‑up actions.

Maintain accurate performance data and records using HRIS or Excel for management review.

Generate performance summary reports and dashboards to support management discussions and decision‑making.

3. Employee Engagement & Rewards

Coordinate employee recognition, reward, and celebration programs that reinforce company values and achievements.

Support employee engagement activities and company events that foster teamwork and belonging.

Collect employee feedback and propose initiatives to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture.

4. Talent Development Support

Maintain and update employee development records, training progress, and performance improvement plans.

Support succession planning and career pathing initiatives in collaboration with HODs and management.

Assist in organizing coaching and mentoring sessions for key talent and emerging leaders.

5. Policy, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure all performance and training activities are conducted in line with HR policies and confidentiality standards.

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for training, performance reviews, and reward programs.

Support HR audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement of performance management processes.

Contribute ideas to enhance HR systems, LMS usage, data tracking, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in L&D, performance management, or HR analytics.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS and LMS systems for tracking KPIs and reporting.

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to data accuracy.

Excellent coordination and communication skills when working with internal stakeholders.

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
