Assist in the development and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.

Administer payroll processes using payroll software, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.

Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.

Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives and promoting open communication.

Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform HR decision-making.

Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all HR tasks, including data entry, payroll processing, and documentation management.
