Job summary

A global financial services group based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for sales-related roles. You will identify and source talent, collaborate with hiring managers, and build a pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, is fluent in English, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. A work visa will be provided if applicable.

DOO you have what it takes?
What You’ll Be Working On:
  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment specifically forSales-related roles, including Account Managers, Business Development, and Team Leads across regional markets.
  • Identify regional Sales talent pools and tailor recruitment strategies to fit local hiring dynamics.
  • Actively source and engage potential candidates via job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates’ suitability, especially fortarget-driven sales roles.
  • Interview junior, senior, and managerial-level sales candidates to build strong commercial teams.
  • Track and report on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and source efficiency, with a focus on Sales KPIs.
  • Provide training and interview guidance to Sales hiring managers, ensuring structured and effective evaluations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of Sales talent for current and future openings.
  • Publish and manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) with tailored messaging for Sales profiles.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and other networking events relevant to the Sales/Finance sector.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of in-house or agency experience inSales recruitment, preferably in high-volume or target-driven environments.
  • Strong sourcing expertise acrossLinkedIn, niche sales job boards, and industry-specific networks.
  • Prior exposure to or understanding of theCFD, Forex, or Financial Services industryis a strong advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in afast-paced, KPI-driven recruitment environment.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Passionate aboutbuilding high-performing Sales teamsand contributing to regional business growth.
