In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Actively source and identify potential Doctors of Chiropractic using LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and chiropractic associations.

Develop recruitment advertisements, job descriptions, videos, and storyline-based marketing content.

Manage job postings across platforms and monitor performance.

Collaborate with chiropractic universities through joint ventures, career fairs, and long-term partnerships.

Forecast future talent needs based on global clinic expansion plans (pipeline forecasting)

Review daily incoming enquiries and applications.

Conduct thorough due diligence (university accreditation, licensing, background checks).

Assess candidate suitability based on qualifications, country requirements, and cultural alignment.

Candidate Engagement, Relationship Management & Communication

Communicate persuasively and attentively to keep candidates engaged throughout the process.

Manage candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds with sensitivity and understanding (cultural sensitivity).

Guide candidates through each stage to ensure a positive, smooth experience (candidate journey mapping).

Build trust and rapport with chiropractors from various countries.

Interview & Recruitment Process Coordination

Prepare and schedule interview briefings and materials for the CEO and Business Development Director

Coordinate closely with HR, Operations and Training

Handle unexpected situations such as last-minute changes, candidate withdrawals, or documentation delays (crisis / issue handling).

Documentation, Compliance & Data Management

Track all doctors’ contract start/end dates and ensure timely renewals or offboarding.

Maintain accurate candidate records and internal trackers.

Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment progress reports and KPI dashboards.

Maintain detailed spreadsheets, recruitment trackers, and candidate pipelines

We’re looking for someone who:

  • has a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, medical, or clinical hiring;
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Meticulous, ensuring accuracy in documentation, candidate records, and recruitment processes.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
