Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Malaysia is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Headhunter to assist external clients in their hiring processes. The candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, and facilitating the hiring process. Candidates familiar with Malaysian HR practices and who are Mandarin proficient are preferred. Attractive remuneration and benefits packages are offered.

Qualifications

  • Facilitate offer negotiations and background checks.
