A leading technology company is seeking a Recruiter in Penang, Malaysia, to enhance their talent acquisition efforts. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive experience for applicants. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing sectors. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. A hybrid work model is offered, allowing flexibility between remote work and on-site collaboration.

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support Lam Research Malaysia’s growth. This is a fixed-term (12-month) contract position. You will develop and administer recruiting programs, partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, and determine the best sourcing strategies. Your efforts will promote Lam’s employer brand, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will also support initiatives such as campus engagement, diversity programs, and immigration processes, contributing to Lam’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On‑site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
