Delivery:
  • Mastering job posting, recruiting marketing channel development,
  • On hands with digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
Communication (social media, phone, written, oral, on site):

Use various sourcing methods/channels (including proactive searches) such as social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Manage the recruitment process and life‑cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
Conduct phone screens to ensure quality profiles are provided to hiring managers

  • At least 2 years of in‑house or external recruitment experience
  • Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Social media savvy
