Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a recruitment agency specializing in the fintech industry.
  • Basic understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with job boards is essential.
  • Mandarin speaker preferred for communication with supervisors in China.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Work with senior recruiters to understand head of department requirements.
  • Use recruitment tools to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial screens to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Support in coordinating interviews and feedback.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across platforms.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Meet monthly recruitment KPIs assigned by the team.
