Responsibilities
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide interview feedback, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Department.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Internal Departments on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
