Understand both client and candidates recruitment needs.

Determined and strong passion in completing tasks and overcoming challenges.

Manage high volume of open vacancies in a fast past environment.

Opportunity to liaise with Multinational companies and work closely with relevant hiring managers.

Monitor, consult current and forecast clients recruitment needs.

Able to work independently, maintaining existing clients and acquire new clients.

Trainings will be provided to further develop your potential skills in recruitment business.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field.

At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in therecruitment industry or corporate salesis required for this position.

Sales-oriented, dynamic, energetic, and positive working attitude in a performance driven environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with all level of people.

Detailed, organized, and able to multitasking and ability to work independently.

To be confident, persistent and strong in communication, committedand resourceful.

Good team work environment.
